At Naked Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for store credit on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue your store credit via an electronic gift card within 5-7 business days.
